i heard each bottle lasts about 15 days. would a 5 on 2 off method help prolong the duration of each bottle? or just run each bottle and take a a few weeks off?

You could try that and see if that works, I have not done that type of dosing. I would run 2 bottles as is(30 days) or all 3 max for 45 days of usage.

If you dosed it at 9 pills per day for 40 days, I think would be the best option if you wanted to run 4 bottles.

Dosing at 6 pills past 45 days, I think is not worth it as your body starts adjusting itself and the effects are not as pronounced.

I suggest you run 2 bottles at 6 pills a day, then take 2 months off. Repeat for the third and forth bottle.

You could dose up to 9 pills a day if you wish but a bottle won't last you long. Here is how I take MyoTEST and it's been quite effective for me

Workout days(2 dosages)
3 pills pre-workout meal/shake
3 pill dinner or breakfast

Non-workout days(3 dosages)
2 pills with breakfast
2 pills with lunch
2 pills with dinner(5-6pm)


If you wanted to do 9 pills to see if you get a better effect, try it out for a week(week 3) in this manner after the second week.

3 pills with a meal
2 pills with a meal
