lol... i like trucks lifted and lowered.. i just happen to have a street truck at this point... i think my next truck will either be a Dodge 2500 Cummins with a slight lift, or a 07+ half ton chevy lifted

mileage doesn't matter much... they run forever.. 7.3 wasnt a bad motor towards teh later years.. they were just gettin it figured out when the EPA came down harder on them

as far as power and comfort, chevy's with duramax win in my book...
cummins are prolly the best if you plan on extreme power adders.. usually the 96-02 models are pretty cheap

The new 6.4 is beastly but i've heard the mileaga is ****ty compared to the 6. If i could find a nice lower mileage 7.3 that be sick
I'm a ford guy though, i just want a nice farm truck that i'm not afraid to scratch up a but but still be able to get me anywhere i want to go no matter the weather.

the 6.4 isnt the best engineered piece.. i'm not sure on it's longevity compared to the 7.3.. i know a guy who works in the ford warranty shop up in prudhoe bay and he says the 7.3 is the way to go
