EC Stack??
Anyone use the EC stack? ive been exercising and trying to eat right but the fat isnt coming off fast enough. i just started the EC Stack. Anyone have good results with it? also, if so, how long did it take for visible change at the scale?

EC stack is great for energy. It will only give you energy ..not help you with fat loss. Ditto what Kim said.

I'm using an EC stack at the moment. I'm in harvest season on my farm (grueling), so the extra energy boost is appreciated.

x2. I have to say that the largest benefit is not the increased energy but the decreased appetite. It makes compliance to a diet so much easier! Unfortunately, both the increased energy and appetite suppression go away after a few weeks.Originally Posted by dvsness

Only some studies showed the addition of aspirin to increase the effect, and that was only in obese people. It's dangerous to your stomach to continually take that much aspirin, so it's generally recommended to omit it. Trust me, I've done the E/C stack plenty, and I never missed the aspirin (of course there's a chance I don't know what I'm missing...).Originally Posted by DemetriaF

Agreed; the aspirin was only added to give it a longer effect, but it's really not needed. If you look around for more studies, ec worked just as well as eca.

If you have any thoughts of competing, make sure you check out the banned substance list for any organization you may compete in. I know that ephedrine is on the banned substances list for INBF.
