    theres no way i squat more than you...

    but yeah its very upsetting. and i have no idea. my bench was weak even before the appendicitis a couple months ago (185x5 and at my prime before that 225 3/4 of the way). my legs shot back up (still working on my flexibility though). i feel bottom heavy :/ ...it might have to do with my torn labrum in my shoulder from football a year ago. and i had open shoulder surgery... but im working on it. just did a chest day today, will post. it is improving.

    after this program will probably do madcows but i may spruse it up a bit and make it high intensity.

    I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

    I actually love squats too. Because they are my best lift. I'm just upset with them right now because my flexibility sucks.

    I was out for 6 months, it sucked. 4 months of physical therapy.

    It feels alright. Hurts to squat. Overall, it's okay.
