We drove into NY this morning for a family outing, and to try out a new Korean hot dog place.
Bulgogi hotdog, french fries and a Pepsi. (NY Hot Dog & Coffee)
Chocolate sorbetto and Dulce di latte gelato. (L'arte del gelato)
Also bought 2 cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery for later...

looks delicious, I'm starting to eat clean I have to even though my head is out of whack if I keep eating the way I have been I'll be fat and really miserable.

- Was stuffed from this afternoon, so didn't eat much for dinner.

Japanese gyoza (dumplings), filled with ground pork, chives, lotus root, and other vegetables, dipped in ponzu sauce
Was still feeling horrid from the train ride yesterday, so I took a pill for the nausea and went to sleep at 8. Woke up at 6:45 this morning with a massive headache, but it's subsiding now.

Skipped breakfast today to "cleanse" a bit, since I woke up feeling non-nauseous and didn't want to trigger anything.

Did you try a moist cold pack the base of occipital lobe for the migraines?

Finally polished off the pasta sauce I made the other day (yesterday?) with red/green peppers, onions, and ground pork.
Had it over a bowl of fusilli
Also had a bowl of mixed greens draped in a few slices of prosciutto
