Brunch
We drove into NY this morning for a family outing, and to try out a new Korean hot dog place.
Bulgogi hotdog, french fries and a Pepsi. (NY Hot Dog & Coffee)
Chocolate sorbetto and Dulce di latte gelato. (L'arte del gelato)
Also bought 2 cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery for later...
Yes, today's my cheat day

No wonder the title is fitting
looks delicious, I'm starting to eat clean I have to even though my head is out of whack if I keep eating the way I have been I'll be fat and really miserable.
Wish me luckBeing a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.

Dinner
Japanese gyoza (dumplings), filled with ground pork, chives, lotus root, and other vegetables, dipped in ponzu sauce
Was still feeling horrid from the train ride yesterday, so I took a pill for the nausea and went to sleep at 8. Woke up at 6:45 this morning with a massive headache, but it's subsiding now.

Forgot to mention I had 4 plain whole-wheat crackers to tide myself over til dinner last night
Breakfast
Steel-cut oats n' protein powder (no yogurt and smaller portion than usual - was plenty filling!)
Lunch
Finally polished off the pasta sauce I made the other day (yesterday?) with red/green peppers, onions, and ground pork.
Had it over a bowl of fusilli
Also had a bowl of mixed greens draped in a few slices of prosciutto
