When I'm cutting for a contest, the yogurt goes, but for now, I'm using so little of it (2 heaping teaspoons), and it's a nicer texture than just mixing it all up with water, so I'll tolerate the extra few grams of sugar for nowOriginally Posted by gbg

I need to go shopping this weekend and get all my non keto foods, it's going to be starnge eating that way again have been on the CKD for a while, looking forward to it.
