Steel-cut oats
Whole Milk yogurt
protein powder
banana
supps
Lunch
Organic whole grain elbow macaroni
1/4 cup Whole milk
Melted cheese
Ground beef sauteed with onions
- all mixed together! Could only finish half, so will save the rest for afternoon snack or part of dinner

Yeah, except I mix it all together because the oatmeal alone is too bland and I don't want to be tempted to drizzle maple syrup over it
Probably what I should do is just split the whole breakfast into 2 servings and do what you suggested time-wise. Though when I don't eat breakfast til 10AM it's kind of moot! (woke up at 9:30 today)

I need to go shopping this weekend and get all my non keto foods, it's going to be starnge eating that way again have been on the CKD for a while, looking forward to it.
Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.
