    Talking Tattoos and Figure Comp.

    I will be competing in a few weeks in the Atlantic States. I have a 1/4 sleeve and although it's not really dark, I still obviously need to cover it as best as I can. I was recommended to use Derma Blend. My question is, do I apply the Derma Blend before or after I put ProTan on?
