My football season is finally coming to an end and I am now getting back to the gym after being busy with practice and schoolwork for the past two months. After a very unsuccessful first season I am ready to get back into the gym and get bigger,faster, and stronger than ever. And now for a little background info:
Current Weight 175lbs
Pre Season
Weight - 185lbs
5/3/1 PR's
Squat - 265x10
Bench - 155x10
Deadlift - 310x10
Goals by Next Season
Weight - 195lbs
Squat - 405lbs
Bench - 275lbs
Deadlift - 500lbs
Total - 1180lbs
A little more info:
I currently go to school overseas due to my dad being in the navy. This was my first year playing football and I was starting center and tackle for JV for most of the season. There are currently two reasons why I want to get stronger: One is that we're just finishing a very unsuccessful season, and two this years varsity are having one of the greatest seasons in our schools history and it is going to be a very hard act to follow. Our last game is this friday so I'll be updating by next monday.
