    LOL... This may amuse me for hours.

    BUT anyway plans for today:

    Supplements:
    1x Tresos-B PlusE.
    5ml OmegaSure Fish Oil.
    5ml Evening Primrose Oil.

    Food:
    1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.
    6x HB Eggs + 200g Cauliflower.
    1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.
    150g Chicken Thigh + 200g Cauliflower.
    1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.


    Training: I'm back at work so I have that nice walk in the morning.
    - L- Carnitine with a 30 min LISS.

    I'm really getting urges to run and run and run and run. It's getting annoying. This diet is really working, I look different day to day. I am losing BF% because my 'lady lumps' are getting smaller... *SIGH*
    Oh well, I'll buy some more when I'm older HAHAHAHA.


    Hmmm, I have a tendency to mix diets/methods as well. I have urges to mix Keto, VD, DP, PSMF/RFL and IF'ing in there too. When I was doing that before I was lean as anything also energy was great!

    I feel like Crispy Bacon and Soft Boiled Egg wrapped up in two Lettuce Leaves with a slight touch of Mayo....I really want a Caesar Salad too. NOM, NOM, NOM.

    really losing BF in a week?

    i have lost weight in my first week as well but realize u will lose a lot of water weight from the reduction of CHO in ur diet. Glycogen levels will also deplete.

    I hear you on this one!! Thank goodness the dress was way too padded the last time I tried it on 4 weeks ago. Now I think I'll need every little bit of padding...

    Sorry, I was also doing a Keto diet 3 weeks before this one with HITT and now I'm doing this currently which is my fourth week actively trying to get leaner.

    I meant from 4 weeks ago lol

    Errr, I've been really sick for the past two days.
    Puking everything I try and eat and I'm getting severe cramps in my muscles.
    My electrolytes are definitely out of wack right now.


    I'm stopping this diet, and waiting until I'm fully recovered and prepared again.

    I might just start a normal Keto log or something. Don't know yet.

    I'm starting the diet as well. Only on Day 4. I find it extremely hard to eat egg whites on it's own
