Eugh, I think I've did rear delt work only a handful of times, feel quite guilty after reading through this ha. The thing is though I find mine get doms when I beast my back, that doesn't happen with my bi's which is how I justify skipping them.

I'm getting back into the deadlifts 2 weeks today, been avoiding them and squats while my exam period is on, just take too much out you for the rest of the day to really concentrate properly. (excuses )My log:
