    shoulder injury

i have double jointed shoulders and alot of the excercises are straining my shoulder joints and i have to stop working out for some time.

is thre a specific set of excersises designed to strnghten the shoulder support muscles?

more precisely, all my joints pop especially shoulder , elbow knee and hip joints. i dont know if its related to something else, and im hoping that its not arthritis because im only 26.

See a Physio? Not something you would want to leave & have it worsen. In fact, definitely see a physio IMO.

ah geez, really not sure but I've strained my shoulders a few times within a year haha and I still have a lil tear in my rotator cuff. I do these except with a wide grip on a broomstick without the broom:

also look into rotator cuff excercises with really light dumbbells and/or with cable stacks. You should be able to find more help in the injury forum, I think there's a sticky there with a lot of rotator cuff/shoulder rehab excercises
