How do you workout how much calories you've eaten precisly?

Precisely = Impossible or close to it.
Various foods will have a different nutrient content even that same type of food be it potatoes or something else might vary depending on growing conditions and habitat.
It's all a educated guess really.
An idea to how many you ate, would to be to follow the intake on the packages and make sure your measuring intakes.
You just track the data and you end up with a good idea.
