    After grilling your chicken/steak

    after grilling your chicken steak is it alright to add a tea spoon of olive oil on it?


    and is parcely and garlic alright? or is it really fatty?



    Please give me your opinions regarding cutting and bulking with the above meal

    Of course it is. A tsp of olive oil will add only about 30 calories to it, and parsley and garlic are calorie free. Why not use more olive oil though? It's good for you in either situation.

    If cutting or bulking, it's OK. But it needs to fit in your macros. In other words, if the chicken by itself puts you over your calories for the day, adding oil will put you further over.

    I would suggest planning around the oil. Assume you'll use it, and account for it in your daily caloric consumption.
