New to Keto, wondering if this days diet is okay?

I am around 230lbs coming from 260 and following a Body for life style diet plan. My last body fat test showed me at 19%, which I was at 243 so I guess I am around 14% or 15% bodyfat now. I started following a keto diet and wanted to post a sample of a day of my diet and see if you think its okay. I work long hours so I don't prepare as many meals as I wish I could, but this specific day is not always typical for me, just a sample.

Wake up 4:20pm : Labrada Lean Body RTD

Meal 2 6:30pm: 1/3rd pound chicken or tuna salad from Local Pathmark deli counter

Meal 3 8:45pm: Two double hamburgers from Burger King, no bun but with pickles and some ketchup, side salad from Burger King, no tomatoes, includes chedder cheese, lettuce and 1/2 packet creamy caser dressing

Meal 4 11:30pm: Labrada Lean Body RTD

    Weight training Workout 2:30am

Post workout: Two scoops Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein gold

Meal 6 4:30am: Full Salad with Lettuce, cabbage and a few carrot bits, with sugar free salad dressing, 8g fat 1 gram carb per serving, 6oz broiled hamburger patty, 1 mozzarella cheese stick

Before bed: 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition 100% casien, 1 scoop peanut butter
If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?

depends what your overall calories and f/p/c ratios are. As long as they are in order, you're fine...

personally i'd drop the ketchup- has a lot of sugar...but if you have the carbs, why not
