I'm going to take about a month off overhead stuff to rehab my shoulder. Its been hurting since May and it looks like impingement. I have a training protcol for the rehab but I'm wondering about other stuff while I'm fixing the shoulder. Should I still do lat pulldowns, bent rows, stone loads, stuff like that? Things that indirectly work the delts.
