best to combine those things with protein sources like chicken, fish, turkey, protein shakes or red meats. All my meals have a protein source and a fat source, then one has some veggies too.

Fish oil and Coconut oil are good.

But then again, so are fats from beef, lamb, pork, chicken, fish, and about any other meat you want to eat.

Fats that come as part of food. So the fats in beef, pork, chickens, eggs, fish, nuts, olive, cream, cheese, avocado, coconuts etc are all fine. Once you start extracting the fat, you have to be careful. If you are just pressing it, like with extra virgin olive oil, it's good, but once you start heat treating and processing, you are getting into bad fats. And once you start hydrogenating it, even if you end up with a "heart healthy low fat" spread, it's really bad.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Macadamia nut oil is my favorite. Go through bottles of that stuff. It also has the best ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids (I stay far away from peanut butter, insanely high in omega 6), and it has one of (if not the) highest smoke points, which means you can cook with it and still get the health benefits of monounsaturated fat, which, in my opinion, is the best fat there is.

Make sure it's COLD PRESSED...I use NOW Foods Mac Nut Oil.

Let me guess...saturated animal fats are bad, polyunsaturated grain/bean oils are good. Let me know what you believe after a few months on this board. I think an epiphany is at hand....

This man knows his shiz. Macadamia nut oil and Coconut oil are the only oils I cook with at high temperatures. Saturated fats are stable at higher temps than monosaturates (olive oils) or polyunsaturates (eat almost none of these 'cept for fish oil.)
    It's time for a Breakthrough.

not sure what this is supposed to mean.. Animal products beef, eggs, chicken, etc are mostly saturated fats,, fish are omega 3 and 6... Nuts are omega 3 and 6.. All are healthy.. you asked what are healthy fats.. Rest are oils olive, coconut, grapeseed etc.... what else would you like to know

If you are just pressing it, like with extra virgin olive oil, it's good, but once you start heat treating and processing, you are getting into bad fats. And once you start hydrogenating it, even if you end up with a "heart healthy low fat" spread, it's really bad.
