Man it's so great seeing it all come together for you. I know you will be the strongest person in the world, it's just a matter of time and luck. You deserve it.
Also hearing your videos about humility and humbleness really strikes a chord within most of us.
Also have you dabbled in any strongman training yet? You're definitely bigger than a lot of the WSM competitors.**30 tabs open and can't tell which one the sound is coming from crew**

I don't know if you guys saw it but on his channel there is a new vid up of him squatting 700 pounds with just knee sleeves. Apparently he lost his belt, it was a super easy rep.
I'll let him post the video since it's his log, just thought I'd let you all know.**30 tabs open and can't tell which one the sound is coming from crew**

Its been a long time. I missed keeping this training log.
This is Babyslayer, aka George Leeman.
I work better when I have a place to write, I work best when I have a place to write anything I want.
Whats going to follow in this thread is probably going to look like obsessive compulsive mental illness, thats if I actually write the **** I want to write.
But I need somewhere to write it, and I need to put these thoughts out in a place where I am not the only person to see them.
Updates-
1: Im natural now. Or I have been for a few months, I currently intend to stay that way as I am pleased that I am not trying to **** everything in sight and constantly angry.
2: Im not so strong, I have not done more than 2-3 leg workouts in 3-4 years. I dont bench, the goal has changed to being the most badass 100 yearold I can be. I can still smich machine shoulder press 275x20 (wide grip taking bar to my chin/not locking out, sounds more impressive than it is) I can also do 30-40 dips at 310+lbs and hammer curl 100lb dumbbells for high reps etc. I am getting back into squats and deadlifts, to build muscle/lose fat and be physically fit and strong. Not to be the strongest of all time etc.
3: I am wealthy now, due to realestate, largely through luck and a parent passing away, tho I expanded on it consierably with common sense. This is one of my main passions, I intend to continue to grow my portfolio for the rest of my life, and live in ways I never even aspired to.
4: I have been traveling asia for 3 years, mostly in Cambodia, with a little bit of time in thailand, vietnam, and the philippines where I currently am.
You wouldnt believe what I have seen and been up to, unless of course youve been to some of these places. I am literally bored of beautiful women.
5: My passion has become business, and self improvement, I am obsessed with improving as I always have been.. but the measuring stick changed. I dont measure my self on what I can lift so much, I measure my self on wealth. Mental wealth.. things like happiness, health, freedom, lack of stress, and of course actual money.
6: I am no longer the angry miserable juiced up young man that I was, I am 28 years old as of 2 months ago. I am working on seeing more of the world, mastering my mind, mastering my body, and manifesting a beautiful life. I am taking this experience we all share, and turning it into first person virtual reality game, coding it myself.
7: It turns out even as a guy with essentially a 5th grade education, I love to learn. Corporate structures, asset protection, tax planning and loopholes, investing, psychology in terms of learning about how our brains work and how to reprogram mine and control others, how to be healthier, live longer... I could go on. This is what I love, this is what I progress on. Tho mildly, as I still struggle and have no formal education other than books.
My goal is to prosper, in all ways, to create complex yet simple structures and habbits and situations/circumstances that allow me to function at extremely high levels while having the highest quality life possible. Watch me struggle along if you like, but thats what you will be seeing in this thread. Someone trying to do well, with high ambitions, failing, falling, and trying again and again.
Feel free to comment, but I can assure you a lot of this will be repetitive, its all really just for me.Last edited by MassMessiah; 07-13-2019 at 11:02 AM.

Theres me currently at 310lbs, Thats my girlfriend at 110lbs getting close to pulling double bodyweight. Found her in Cambodia, diamond in the rough. Makes me a better man every day, not a evil bone in her body. She is my training partner and support system, I will most likely be posting her workouts (or some of them) as well.
I enjoy her progress more than my own.
This pictures makes me look better than I do, which is saying a lot considering it does not look good.
I have lost 25kg over the last 3 months, and am continuing to slim down.

So, the plan is to get rich, for the sake of being rich. Money is a game, I have more than I need to be happy, but what collector is happy with enough. I also intend to focus on my mental health and overall well being, but the financial side of things is this.
few things to focus on
1: asset protection, trusts, (in the US and outside the US)
2: corporations, LLC's etc, how to structure them properly. For tax reasons somewhat, but primarily asset protection.
3: Insurance, primarily liability insurance.
So I invest inside limited liability companies, about 10 of them for realestate actually. This limits me to being sued to the individual properties, because my companies will have 2 owners (both will be me through various entities) if my companies are sued, they will only be able to come after the income of the company.. which I will simply not pay out, saving it for repairs and such. This will effectively make it impossible for anyone to actually get any money out of suing one of my properties in a lawsuite. Not only would they likely have to pay a lawyer upfront who would tell them its a waste of time, they would have to get past my liability insurance to then see its a waste of time.. They would also ow taxes on the money my companies made (For their share in ownership, if they won a case) tho they would recieve no income. Essentially its not only annoying, long, expensive, theres no pay out from me and it would actually cost them money on a ongoing basis.
trusts, done properly they can essentially make it so I no longer own the asset anymore, so if I am sued personally, they cannot come after what I personally own. Meaning I can put property/cash/stocks/businesses/etc inside a entity that isnt myself, and protect it with liability companies/insurances and have the assets be about as safe as they could possibly be.
offshore trusts, the same idea but without the US court system being able to do much of anything to get to the assets. Could be a great way to own stocks etc, I wont be doing this for a while tho, as I am interested in realestate and not stocks, currently.
Math on a small rental property (tho I have no mortgages at the moment, I intend to in the near future)
80,000 duplex (2 apartments)
$1200 rent
$60,000 loan at 5% (little over 300 mortgage
+ 50 insurance + property tax = $500 round number to be safe)
8% managment fee (property manager
8% vacancies (assuming 1 month vacant every 13th month roughly)
10% repairs
(312 added expenses + $500 mortgage/insurance/taxes = $812 operating cost, = $388 profit.
$388 cash flow
+ 2% appreciation average on 80,000 = 100 a month (Safe bet)
+ 50+ principal paid from month 1
$533/month added overall wealth gain = $6400 per year = roughly 33% return on your money that increases its cash flow and principal payments yearly.
This of course does not factor in evictions, major damages etc.
Because you depreciate the property to the tune of about 2400 a year, you only pay tax on $250.. vs $533 overall growth
I intend to do some of this, and then move into larger apartment buildings. I also intend to buy/flip, sell turn key rentals, wholesale properties, and continue to work online. This should result in a lot of rental properties going up in rent/price/paying them selves off.
Just a rough breakdown of what I am doing.

Got caught up with some guys on the way home from a mall yesterday, had some beers and a pretty solid cheat meal.
Doing a 24 hour fast today, might go longer as I am not hungry at all and its been 22 hours. I took up intermittent fasting as a means of helping me deal with hunger on the diet, I dont normally go more than 12-14 hours tho.
I have lost about 55lbs over the last 3 months, with real low test levels, not training barbell incline etc. Which helps me explain to my self why I am not very strong.
Medium Incline bench (stopping short of touching chest, have not done this outside the akward smith machine in like a year, felt off)
135x10
185x10
225x10
275x14 (no good, been a lot stronger in the past on these. Il work on this)
255x12
225x11
205x4 sets to failure
135x1 set to failure
^Thats it, I may follow up with flys tomorrow, and will certainly do triceps tomorrow.
Big fan of training the same muscles a few days in a row, keeps my intensity in the workout up and feels like I beat down the muscle a bit harder than I can in just 1 day. This of course, is something I just do by feel. Wanted to get some volume in on this exercise as the movement felt akward, Ive been using a angled smith machine for a long time and today decided to try incline in the power rack. I would be ok with 275x20 on incline.. and maintaining it while leaning down a bit. Of course I know as soon as I eat more for a week or two my strength will go up drastically tho, so I wont be too critical.
