Guys, what do you recommend for a newb who has trouble with the overhead portions of the lifts? I mainly lift for rugby and try to devote a little time to Olying, as I would be interested in getting into it more when I get too old for rugby.
My problem with snatching is once I get passed 95#, I can't catch the weight and tend to ride the bar down and lose the bar on the way back up. If I am squat/power jerking, i.don't get down fast enough. Will doing snatch balances help? If so what rep/set scheme would be best? T.i.a.#sunyourballs
