I decided to max out my front squat after a night of heavy drinking, 4 hours of sleep and a ridiculous hangover, I think I can squeeze out a few more kilos on a good day now.

so i posted a page before this on how i couldn't squat clean, only power clean and someone recommended to do hang clean and i did and i got use to squat clean so heres my highest weight from today's session

I was afraid to do 90kg as 95kg is my max for POWER clean

As you can see my elbows dropped and i almost dropped it and i lost balance



fixed in my second set of 90kg



heres my max power clean in a squat clean, was afraid i couldn't get this too



heres me failing on 2 plate, i never went this high before so yeah. I reckon i could of got it if i was fresh and i dropped down faster to catch it, but it was too heavy so the weight went down pretty fast
