    Yes it is

    everything was on key today my focus was good as well as my energy and it all fell together, luv it when that happens! I guess since I'm new to this my stream isn't steady yet seems as if I'm tired one day and hyped the next but more often tired.

    How important is focus to you guys?
    Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.

    So I'm going out of state for my masters degree. My choices were LSU or Lindenwood; LSU having coach Gayle Hatch if I went to Baton Rouge, and coach Kyle Pierce if I went to Shreveport. Lindenwood is coached by Derrick Johnson. After watching some videos of Broz lifters like Pat Mendes, I'm starting to consider Las Vegas. What would you say,

    I'd say choose your school based on the academics. Unless you're planning on becoming a world elite lifter, in which case I'd say move to China.

    I don't really care for which school as long as it is properly accredited. I'm doing it because I'll be getting my Bachelors in Construction Management after the spring semester, and right now the construction industry sucks and there are a lot of experienced CM's with degrees that got layed off that just upped the job market competition. I also plan on returning back to Miami after and picking up a Masters in Construction Management.

    So the game plan is get some degrees and jobs around US to spruce up my resume, learn a few new languages, and make myself irresistible to any huge construction corporation. Take a job with them overseas in emerging markets, and get money to go vacation and train in other countries.

    In that case, go for the cheapest school you can find among those with the proper weightlifting credentials! And get yourself an internship abroad with a US-based company. Somewhere like, say, China...

    The Broz gym is still a little iffy. Mendes is a beast, but is it just because he's a beast, or is it the specific coaching? I would need to see more lifters with national titles before I would think that this is any different than the other Americanized-Bulgarian training.

    I've always been a morning person I'm in the gym at 5am have to be at work at 8.

    Probably pull the sled today, feel out of it.

    So is it gonna be Vegas?

    hey people hows your saturdays going? It snowed again today in PA.. but got out this afternoon to go trucking through the woods.. took some video's of this cool waterfall we found and climbed up.. ill post them tomorrow or monday

    That sounds awesome and very different from my Saturday! Morning at the mall returning things, lunch at a Korean place, then a tough afternoon workout. Now laundry and getting ready for dinner. Excitement

    Probably, Vegas is a huge city and it would be easy to find a construction job there compared to Shreveport... and the best all you can eat buffets; I'll return as a SHW!

    I picked up an Electro Muscle Stimulator and that thing has some serious power. So far all I can tell is that it feels really damn good for a deep massage at low frequency. I'm also trying a routine with it to zap my lower back to help get my arch stronger and prevent back pain, it'll take a few weeks to see results from that. The highest I can go is 4.5 out of 8. I can't even fathom how intense 8 must be.

    Are you talking about a stim unit? we use them at work when my back goes out the Chiro works on it and always puts stim on, I love it very relaxing and helps with blood circulation and helps to get rid of toxins.

    How are you using it to help with strengthening the lower back?
    we have used it on peeps with major muscle loss for whatever reason never on a healthy individual.
    If you have any questions about about it I can ask the doc at work he very cool.
