No program. Just a good gym and no video policy lol. There are some top lifters here that train with no coach tho. Also every once in a while a former world medalist shows up lol.
Realtalk: if you came here i'd probably convince you to start training random lifts like 1RM barbell curls, weighted muscleups and heavy weighted pushups (180lbx3 here). So beware.Last edited by scarboro; 12-02-2012 at 07:55 PM.

Physical Therapy program isnt at UTM, and the pre reqs are pretty high. brb 3.7 gpa was the cutoff for 2012 class.
Will probably apply to all the Cali schools plus schools in Oregon, Washington, and Canada. Maybe some east coast schools.
Can't forget about LSU Shreveport and East Tennessee State for dem dere weightlifting programs.
Just found the pre reqs for ETSU PT program:
Have an overall GPA of 2.7 (on a 4.0 scale) in all undergraduate coursework;
Have a prerequisite course GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale);
Submission of official GRE scores (general section);
Three recommendations (recommendations must be submitted on the forms provided in the School of Graduate Studies application materials) - at least one must be from a licensed physical therapist.
Completion of the prerequisite courses with no grade in any prerequisite course below a "C" (2.0 on a 4.0 scale);Last edited by huntito; 12-02-2012 at 08:32 PM.

I felt the same. Entering 9th week of squatting every day (except Thanksgiving where, despite my best effort, I could not find an open gym). In the first several weeks, I would occasionally get pain in one knee while squatting. It was annoying and disruptive. Now, they feel strong and healthy all the time.
tbh my hip/thigh pain went away the more/heavier I squatted. Weird

ankles, glutes, back
alot of back squat positions are caused by inflexible ankles.
glutes and hip abductors allow for a strong push from the bottom and stability
if your back is tight you are gonna hurt yourself.
pigeon pose, camel pose, various ankle stretches, and FFF showed me one that is awesome
