    There will usually be evident changes in the first 6 months of training, however your strength increases are not mostly from increases in muscle mass.

    I have seen people make huge transformations in 6 months time on this site

    seeing them is difficult to really notice, as you are always watching. try taking a picture at the start of each month and compare

    exactly the change will be gradual...not gonna wake up big one day. Pics are best for reflection.

    Maybe you should re-evaluate your reading comprehension skills, I said within the first 6 months. It's impossible to pin point a set week you'll first notice a change, and since you see yourself everyday its much more difficult for you to gauge your own progress. Plus you need to understand that majority of your strength gains in the first 6 months will more than likely be due to neural adaptation.

    Between day 1 and the end of your 6th month you will be able to see evident changes, I suggest taking photos of yourself every 2 months and stepping on the scale once every 2-4 weeks. If you try and see changes quickly and monitor the scale everyday you can very easily get discouraged. Keep your head up and good things will come.
