lunch was 2 chicken breasts and a couple bites of fettucini alfredo. tasted bad so i didnt finish it
preworkout i had a protein shake with about 1.5 scoops xf whey
pwo i did a serving of recoverpro and a turkey grinder on wheat and i peeled off the bottom half of the bread. also had a mini creme puff.
before bed i had a brownie

breakfast today was a veggie egg white omelet with cheddar and 2 eggs over hard
around 12 i had ~1.75 scoops xf whey
lunch was turkey on a wheat roll with 1 slice of american cheese, tomatoes, pickles, romaine, and mustard. I peeled off the bottom half of the bread and also had a cookie.
dinner was a naked burrito (basically burrito but no wrap)- chicken, pinto and black beans, corn, lettuce, salsa, salsa verde, pico de gallo, and some cheese sauce

This workout was on tuesday but i never put it up.

Back Day
my back was still tight and tweaked but i went for my workout anyway. could have been worse. the only real letdown was deadlifts, but that was expected
Deadlift- 135 x 15, 225 x 10, 285 x 5, 335 x 5, 335 x 5, 335 x 3, 285 1
failed on my 4th set of 335, dropped to 285 and decided not to push it
Lat Pulldown- 110 x 15, 210 x 9, 210 x 6, 210 x 4
I think this ties an old PR I hit over the summer but im not sure.
T-Bar Rows- +45 x 10, +100 x 8, +100 x 7, +100 x 5

breakfast today was 3 mini egg and cheese omelets with 2 slices of honey oat grain bread and a bowl of cantaloupe
pwo was 8oz rice milk and lipotropic protein
late lunch was 2 packets of brown sugar oat meal and 2 scoops xf whey (i made it into hot chocolate )
dinner was a wheat bagel with about 1.5 tbsp dark chocolate peanut butter and hot xf whey again. it tastes just like hot chocolate if youve never had it.
before bed ill have 2 scoops of casein.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

yesterdays workout got cut short. i was supposed to be meeting with some people to work on a project, lost track of time and left the gym, then found out the meeting got moved to today. my back was still tight and bothering me and again, i couldnt get much push/power going which has been hindering a lot of my workouts lately. school and lack of sleep is really killing my motivation.
seated db press- 32.5 x 12, 55 x 3, 55 x 6, 60 x 3 drop set to 42.5 x 4, 50 x 4
i attempted 60 again twice and couldnt get it
wide grip upright row- 75 x 10, 105 x 7, 105 x 7, 105 x 6
shrugs- 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 7, 225 x 7, 225 x 4
grip died on the last set
preacher curl- 55 x 10, 90 x 6, 95 x 3 drop set to 75 x 5

dinner was 2 wraps with chicken, ranch, hot sauce, tomato, and romaine lettuce. i havent been this hungry in a long time.

im going to try and do chest with some legs tomorrow night. my back has somehow gotten worse in the past 2 days and I dont want to push things by squatting or doing stiff leg deads. i figure ill be able to do leg press, leg extensions, and calf press in addition to my chest workout.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

Chest Day
had a really good workout. my leg shoulder wasnt too stable but i still managed some good lifts. i had a really great pump going and the veins in my arms/biceps were popping out more than they have in a long time.
db bench- 32.5 x 12, 50 x 10, 70 x 6, 70 x 5, 70 x 3 drop to 52.5 x 3
first set of 70 was when my left shoulder started to give out a little. i definitely had the strength to get 7 or 8.
incline db- 55 x 7, 55 x 7, 55 x 6
decline db- 60 x 6, 60 x 5, 60 x 5
db pullover- 30 x 10, 60 x 7, 60 x 6
started doing shorter rests from here on out due to time. thats also why i only did 2 sets
leg extensions- 120 x 12, 240 x 9, 240 x 8, 240 x 7, 240 x 7
i had a crazy pump going after my warm up set. i could barely extend my legs all the way because it started to hurt.
-superset with-
seated calf raise- 200 x 12, 400 x 10, 400 x 9, 400 x 9
cable flys- 70 x 10, 70 x 7, 70 x 8

last day for the pills. i know the affects will last another week or so, but im going home sunday and wont have a gym membership. ill try and get in a good workout tomorrow and finish this sunday.
