Do you loathe Christians?

How do you feel about christians? Please use the most extreme example of a christian (one that is preaching to you and your kids in a public place like school where you can't leave) to answer this question to avoid gray areas.

Edit: Let me add that the extreme christian is actually preaching in love and Genuineness, and is a true Christian teaching Biblically.

Im not religious at all, and I couldnt careless about religious people. Im more concerned about the hatered that you see directed toward religous people today. It seem like its the new fade to hate on Christians. To me the intolerance of it is rivaling that of racism.

I have a strong dislike for the ones that try to force their views on everyone else. Especially, the ones that want to ban gay marriage, abortion, stem cell research etc.

Ha, comeon Darwin, I'm not going to argue one way or another in this thread since I started it, but do you REALLY believe christians are in some way less intelligent than other people?

Proved a truly open minded, unbiased person - I guarantee I could present an paragon person from either side convincing them of 180 degree ideas; back 2 back even.

I was under the impression you were talking about fundy Christians... In which case my answer would remain the same. And there is in fact a correlation between strength of religious belief and intelligence (IQ I think). But the biggest thing for me is the way fundies fail to accept reality as it's observed, and insist in denying things like Evolution and that fact that consciousness stems from the brain etc.

I understand that, but it is not the "cool thing" to hate Christians. In todays soceity you pretty much have to be tolerant of all people except for Christians, and white people.

i dont know what society you find yourself in, but the american society i live i is still dominated by christians and white people...

There a bunch of them who hang around the centre of our town crapping on about Jesus and tryin to convert people.

On Saturday nights they stand on the beach esplanade and one old dude speaks from a microphone about Jesus being awesome, having died for our sins and how god is great.

I feel kind of sorry for them, seeing them so adamently believe in mythological delusion. They are annoying as hell though.

Christianity is on the way out now though. Noone around here still follows religion closely. If they do, they are quickly called out for being retarded and delusional.
