Hello dear bodybuilding users
i have been doing hard exerice in the last 14 days in the gym , I gained more than 1kg (2lbs i guess) in the past 2 weeks but:
My left chest is much bigger (around 3:4) then my right chest , while my right chest is much stronger then my left ?!
but thats not the problem
my abs are starting to show up and guess what XD they are uneven , but is that because of genetics or becasue of left chest bigger ? because my left abs are down when my left chest is big , while my right abs are up because my right chest is small ?
Please help me how to even my chest is it by lefting extreme heavy wight dumbells for both of the arms ?
and my abs too ? are they genetics or is it because of my left chest ? if its genetics thats OK , but if its from my huge left chest how do i fix that ?
and is it ok if i post here about what is the best diet for abs and chest ? ? if is it ok tell me what is it ?
