    lol at Arnold’s routine. Ronnie was way bigger so obviously he must know way more than everyone else. Ronnie’s routine or you don’t even lift. Genetics and drugs don’t matter cuz you don’t know my work ethic bro (see Rocky 4).

    I've used and liked it, but it definitely ain't easy or a typical beginner's routine i'll say that much. Results wise I did see some nice improvements to my lifts, which was great because at the time I was stalling on a few things. The six day scheduling is also quite demanding, I can see that being an issue for a lot of people if they're busy with work, school, family, etc. If someone's actually a beginner I would probably recommend a 3 day full body, at least til you build up a foundation and are ready to handle something like this, because it's pretty tough all in all.
