A year ago joined some boards. Started researching, learning and taking advice. I am a college student, on my way to getting a BA in Health Science, after will be attending grad school hoping to get a Masters in Nutrition.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

    Week 1: Monday- Upper/ Wed- Lower/ Friday-Upper
    Week 2: Monday- Lower/ Wed- Upper/ Friday- Lower

    Each day I focus on 1 compound lift such as BB Flat Bench, Squats, Deads, Shoulder Press etc. 5-6 warmup sets, 2 working sets of 5 with 1 or 2 reps in the tank.

    Each day I do 2 accessory lifts. 3x10. On Upper day these would be something like incline DB press, DB military press, then Lat Pulls or Wide Grip Pullups.

    Lower days accessory work would consist of 3x10 also. I would so cleans, ham curls, leg ext, etc. 2nd accessory work would be either DB Rows or BB Rows.

    Abs 3x20

    Followed by DC Extreme Stretchs

    Tuesday/Thursday....Saturday/Sunday depending on if I am putting on too much unwanted fat.

    I have spoke with Creadyl a moment ago and have been discussing with him the situation. He is still offering me to run the log, but I told him I would like to withdraw my application. I was also informed that some guys are going to him and saying I am running multiple logs, which is a lie and I would like for any of you to prove this. The only log I have ran was Muscle Pharm's ASSAULT and it is completed.

    But thanks for telling me to do this Lazyie. I will post in the thread about me withdrawing me application also.

    Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): This is pretty tough to sum up, but I'll my best. Basically in 2007 I was about 248 lbs of pure chubbyness. Then one day, something changed and I decided that I needed to make some life changes. Ever since that day I have yet to look back. After a few years of hard work, I ended up getting down to a body weight of 168. At least point I decided I was WAY too skinny, and it was time to add some quality mass. Since then (its been about 200 days) I've added about 20 lbs to my frame, and very little body fat. 200 days ago I bench pressed 175x 4 (was very depleted to be fair) and now I just recently hit 225x7. A fair increase to say the least. Basically, I love training and the feeling I get from it, and I don't see myself ever stopping. The whole "scene" has basically become my life. I'm working towards getting my bachelors in nutrition, and then eventually getting a masters in sports nutrition. It'll be a fun journy!!!

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Currently I follow a Push/Pull/Leg training split which generally follows a 2 on 1 off fashion. I am VERY big on training intensity, and that is the last thing I will let suffer if my routine. I am not afraid to cut volume if need be, but generally speaking I keep volume moderate. For of the most mart my workout sets fall in the 5-9 rep range. This will sometimes change depending on the lift I am performing.

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): On lifting days I do 10 minutes of cardio pre-workout (elliptical warm up), and about 5-10 minutes on the ellipitical as a cool down. On rest days I also like to throw in light cardio for active recovery. This will usually be a nice walk (1-2 miles) or 20-30 minutes on the elliptical followed by some stretching.

    Current supplements (exact brand/product name): On 100% whey, GNC Mega Man Multi. (gotta love employee discount).

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): As far as diet is concerned, I follow a few basic rules.

    1. Get the right amount of calories for my goals. I'm currently doing a re-comp type diet so its been around 2800 cals a day or so.

    2. Get enough protein. Lately its been about 200 grams a day, I just seem to enjoy meat alot so protein is never an issue.

    3. Eat my fruits and veggies. Gotta get those micronutrients in!!!

    4. Fuel my workouts properly. This basically means just eat a proper pre-workout meal with plenty of carbs and protein.

    Current Daily water intake: At a minimum it's safe to say I get well over a gallon of water a day. Some of this is in the form of crystal light, lemonade flavor to be exact

    Short Term Goal: Continue to get stronger and slowly lean out.

    Long Term Goal: I would like to be able to lift more than my old man. He's 52, but still benches 325, and literally destroys me on most other lifts. I also think I would look good at about 190 @ 10% bf =). I really enjoy lifting, and as long as I'm having fun, I'll keep it doing it.

    Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Honestly, I have tried a little bit of everything, being an employee at GNC companies often send me free samples.

    I have tried everything from BCAA poducts (xtend), to nutrient partitioning products (p-slin), to energy/hydration formula's (BLAST), and pretty much everything inbetween. Needless to say I've had a "taste" of everything.

    Over 4 years of training under my belt. I am very in tune with my body's response to training and know what works and what does not.

    My training is centered around compound movements that provide the most "bang for your buck" by working multiple muscles at once.     Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): atleast 5 servings of varied klinds of meat thru the day, 4 advanced whey shakes a day, lots of oats, fruits mostly bananas, no soda, no coffee, pastas with almost every meal starting today, rices as much as i can stand

    Current Daily water intake: 1-2 gallons

    Short Term Goal: gain 5 lbs

    Long Term Goal: weigh 220 lbs

    ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: none

    Supplement history (as much detail as possible): i have taken all kinds of creatines, glutamine, taurine, pro hormones, aas, and protein powfers galore
