Training experience:
Been lifting for a little over a year now. I used to do all bodybuilding style workouts, but now I do mostly MMA training. I'm currently working on losing the fat I have and working my way down to around 8% bodyfat. I believe I would be a good logger because I represent a different style of workout. Most people here follow a normal bodybuilding split, but I do mostly endurance workouts. I think this helps to show how Recon could benefit those who don't just lift weights. Not to mention all the good reviews from the UFC fighters who tried it has me curious.

Monday: Kickboxing
Tuesday: Muay Thai
Wednesday: Kickboxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Thursday: Muay Thai
Friday: Rest

My training schedule above is mostly cardio so I don't really have a specific cardio schedule.

No specific diet, but I just aim for quality foods at each meal. I avoid white grains, and eat mostly whole wheat. I also aim for lean protein with each meal.

Keep all my muscle while cutting, and keep strength up.

Long Term Goal:
180 lbs at around 8% bodyfat.

every now and then companies post threads in this section looking for "testers". these testers are given free product in return for a day by day log of the results and effects of the product.

I have been training for about 7 years now, starting out in highschool playing baseball. Then I stepped up to bodybuilding and placed well but I wanted to move big weight. Now I am powerlifting and bust my ass in the gym to be the strongest I possible can.

Day2-max upper

Day4-dynamic lower

The only cardio I do is for core strength. This involves sled pulls, tire flipping, farmers walk, etc.

ON whey and casiegn, creatine, waxymaize, multivitamin, beta alanine

When I was bodybuilding I got burned out measuring all the time. I still eat very clean.
Carbs: oats, rice, potatoes, noodle, wheat products
Protien: chicken, steak, eggs, vension, protien powder
Fats: almonds, fish oil, flax oil, natural PB
Veggies: broccoli, asparagus

Current Daily water intake:
2 gallons

Short Term Goal:
Beating my Elite total

Becoming national champ in PL
