Finally got a phone that I can access this site with. I was down to 392. I'm back up to around 410. Got lazy over the holidays. I'm gonna start a new journal soon. And I'm also going to start T25. I am so busy with my long hours and my boys that about half hour is all I have to spare. I'm going to resurrect my fat loss group and do a summer weight loss challenge as well. Now to figure out how to get to my body group

Still doing it. Gonna start a new journal soon. Still in the 390's. I have broken my weight loss goals into times of my life. Like my next milestone is to be at 372, the weight I was when I got married in 2005, then
357 was what I weighed when I graduated high school. 330 was what I weighed on 3/3/03, then 299Strong and Brave, to the grave

Been gone a very long time. I was 445 on Xmas. I'm 366 today. T25 had been a lifesaver. I will be starting a new journal soon after my hernia surgery. Yeah, I got an umbilical hernia picking a 30lb box off the floor. I used to lift over 500 from the floor. It's hell getting old. I will also be making a weight loss group on ******** in the near future.
