Weight 141
Squat: 100
Dead: 140
Bench: 85
Mil press: 60
BB row: 65
Ridiculously weak right? These are my 5rm following SS. My real 5rm was maybe a little higher but I'm just going to post my working sets.
And Friday 1/4
5x5 Squat: 205 3 sets then failed
5x5 Overhead press 110 failed, dropped to 95
5x5 Deadlift 255
Today Sunday 1/6
5x5 Squat 205
5x5 Bench 150
5x5 BB row 120
