    havent maxed out on deads for a while, but before i was sick it was around 365ish

    my squat was at about 285 - 295 and my bench was 180 - 185, we'll see how things go

    - lotsa homework today, got it all done though, ate a shtload for the past 3 days, hopefully im recovered better, size is also coming back

    ran a 2 km in 9:01 today on a treadmill, lot easier than running outside, gonna do some static stretching, psyched to lift tmrw

    SQUATS
    : 225 x 3 x 5
    BENCH: 145 x 3 x 5
    PULL UPS: + 15 x 5, + 20 x 5, + 25 x 5

    Went and dunked the ball on a 9 foot net a couple more times, squats and bench are getting slightly harder, but its not too hard. Traps and lats arent exactly fully recovered yet.

    well, im not as athletic as you guys make me sound, there are some guys in my grade who dont lift and run/jump higher than me and it pisses me off, just gotta keep working at it, and im asian so lol

    im doing cardio aka sprints almost everyday too, and i have gym class 2-3 times a week so yeah, i wanna be faster and jump higher, feels pretty good to stylle on kids in gym so yeah

    lols, guys its on a 9 ft rim, its not too crazy, im not a midget either so its easily possible

    if i was dunking on a 10 ft rim, i would have a 40 + inch vertical and i dont think ANY 14 yearold asian kids have that
