Should I work shoulders the day after chest?

Is it alright to work shoulders the day after a chest day? My front delts are sometimes sore and I don't know if I should work shoulders the next day.

If that fits in best for your routine then by all means. I don't think you're running too much overlap. Keeping in mind though, if you're doing military press for your shoulder day you're hitting the tri's again pretty soon

i would do chest and bis instead, u use tris in almost all ur chest lifts so theyre already pretty worn by the time u get to them
