Im really interested in understanding the science behind building muscle. In particular why a high calorific diet yields greater muscle gains then a regular diet (assuming clean diets and protein intake is the same).
Every experienced lifter will tell you eat big to get big! But most couldnt tell you why!
Ive searched endlessly but not found any clear answers. I would love to hear some of your opinions.
