Ok, So I'm 17 years old. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. In February of 2009 I stepped on the scale only to see a nightmare become a reality, I weighed 261 lbs. and I just wanted to cry. So I decided to do something about it, I started eating less and less often and healthier foods, I tried cutting soda and juice and all that out. Started going to the gym with no knowledge, but I went and lifted. so to make a long story short I had lost 21 lbs. and weighed in at 240 by May. then I got cocky and started eating poptarts and chocolate milk and fast food and barely went to the gym and some how I maintained between 243-246 lbs. and days go by and to this day I still see 243-246 And I started going to the gym everyday and lifting correctly (I know I need to Do more cardio and I am working on it) but still My diet is not at its best I eat too little meals and too many carbs. But no more as of right now I refuse to let myself stay at this weight. I'm going to get to 200 lbs. I'm going to get "that" girlfriend. I'm going to do it all before june 2010. So from now on I'm keeping a log of everything I do pertaining to eating and working out. So follow me on my road to success......

Ok I'm back on this again I can't believe I let my slip again while doing so good. But now I'm finished with all this bull**** I'm changing my life right now I only have 6 months until I graduate high School and I'm not going to miss any of the fun because I feel self conscious about my weight and image. So no more "cheating" and skipping the gym I will just go do what I need to do and eat healthy..... very simple..... why I couldn't stick to it the other times I tried I don't know but I do know this time that I'm not going to slip. See you everyday for updates
