i eat between 2500-3000 i reckon, i used to count calories obsesivly and kinda started to develop an eating disorder like if i ate 100 more calories than i was meant to i would go crazy so im trying to get away from counting too strictly or at least weighing everything i eat seeing as it is my offseason

2200 daily. I stopped limiting carbs, stopped doing so much cardio, just eat as many complex carbs and protein as possible. Stopped being so anal as well, and even cheat eat a bit of sweets daily.
Amazingly, I am going against all that I have read in the womens mags and finally seeing the largest strength and mass gains ever.

yeah its gonna be epic when im done LOL.....my goal is to become a natural pro...and im taking at least 3 years to get heavy...in the 215-220 area..the slower i get that heavy the better..then a nice long(5-6 month) and SLOW cut for my shows...i wont step on stage at 153 like i did last time..i was out massed by EVERYONE
