The first picture was taken in summer 2007. I worked out regularly, but I did so just to stay in shape. I didn't have any clear goals in mind, just enjoyed lifting. I was about 140lbs in that picture.
I looked identical to that up until March of this year. I deployed in February and started really training in March. There's not much to compare the new pictures to, but it's about the only picture I have that would even give you an idea of what I looked like prior to March. The day the other two pics were taken, I was about 165 lbs.

I just naturally have a bird chest. Chest is definitely lagging, but not for lack of trying. I'm pushing a lot of weight, but my chest is still way behind. I've started doing weighted dips and putting more emphasis on incline and less on flat bench. We'll see where I am in another month or two and see if I'm making any progress.
To answer your first question, I'm going to try to get up to about 185 and then trim down from there. I'm naturally really lean so I don't have to do much to lean up.

Quads and hamstrings have some nice size....calves are lagging, but that is just genetics playing it's hand.
I'd like to get my deadlift where it should be (around 450 or so), and I just changed from doing parallel squats to ATG squats so I'm interested to see what they can do for my overall leg development.

Weight still hovering around 151-155. I have added a fair amount of strength in the last month and a half. I got up to 173lbs (a personal record for me) a couple months ago, but the weight has gradually fallen off and I'm left with 155 on a good day. I lift heavy enough to keep the weight, but eating enough here has been a challenge. There is plenty to eat, but after choking this food down for 9 months, I'm a little sick of it. Maybe my weight will catch up after I get back home.
