Don't stress so much!
1. The carbs in your eggs will not kick you out of ketosis. There is LESS than 1g of carbs per egg, even if you're eating 12 eggs a day, you're getting no more than 8-9g. The healthy fats and proteins are soo much more important to focus on in the eggs.
2. You don't HAVE to eat 3 meals a day. No one said this is what you HAVE to do. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're almost full. That's it, that's all. If you think you're going to eat too much, track your cals but don't worry too much!
Have fun and good luck**Never look down on someone, unless you're helping them up**

there are plenty of studies disproving any metabolic advantage from 6 meals compared to 2-3...I do Intermittent fasting and eat all my calories in 2 big meals and a tiny snack before bed. So far no muscle loss or metabolic slow down from me. In fact i think i'm getting a recomp effect from better nutrition partitioning.
