    eggs and carbs?wtf

    when on earth did eggs have carbs in them, i dont get. i read all the egg cartons and the store and each egg has 1 gram carb in it. this screws my diet over cuz i love eggs and rely on eggs a lot. jeebus gonna have to sacrifice some peanut butter now

    relax, the carbs in eggs are nothing to worry about. They round out to 1g, but they really have somewhere around .5-.7 depending on the size

    Unless your eating them by the carton, there really isnt enough carbs to worry about. However, they do have eggs in most grocery stores (at least down here) made by Eggland that have 0 carbs. They are about 50 cents more expensive than the regular ones.

    does anyone else think thats a bit scary? I guess they feed the chickens a different diet - at least I hope thats how they do it...

    I have backyard chickens myself - nothing better than organic, free-range eggs
