That was my first one, it's pretty good, but in all honesty, there is not that much of a taste difference in all of the cliff bars for me.

Has the hunger pangs calmed down yet bro? You seem to be doing better.

Also, have you decided on/figured out a workout routine and-or schedule?

^^^ Fix the statement above, your not on keto.

#2.. 30g of fat... I dont get it.... WHy are you getting 12% of your diet from fat? Your not refeeding or anything, its pointless to continue to aim for minimal fat,

Why are you still eating the same kcals as you are when you were on keto? you switched to bulking and did not add calories

Well I don't think he's afraid of fat as he was eating ~200 grams of it everyday for the past month and that was cutting! There just are some days when you don't calculate everything to the best of your abilities + you get caught up in the moment (like he said, all the college madness, moving, new environment, short on foods etc.) and simply don't get enough fat or protein or carbs in you.

I could be wrong... In case he's ignoring you and really is afraid of fat then why don't you just drop it? He has been told once or twice and has even commented on it. Now if he's to ignorant to accept the advice then well okay, you tried and helped and he didn't appreciate it. Let's move on; no need to constantly throw something in his face if he's looking the other way.

What do you mean trash ( I am actually really curious because if you have some suggestions for the food I can get, I would happily take them )? At the moment I am living out of my room... no kitchen. So I am sorry I can't get/ afford acai berries and nice lean meants, and all the good verity of veggies I want like back at home.

Ya, for the most part, I still don't feel satient after all of my meals, but don't have hunger pains, and feel hungry rarely.

Ya, I wasn't hungry, ate so much food the other day, that I was just puffed up, and had such a large store of calories, didn't need the food. Now today will be way different.

I need to work on that. I will definitely be getting that up when I have more food to work with available to me.

I am listening to everyone's advice. It's really hard right now, with moving/ college/ frat/ work week/ and our retreat and immediately afterwords a 5 day road trip to Montana with my dad. So once college starts and I have a set schedule and a brand new restaurant style kitchen, then I will have my food figured out much better. Right now I am keeping my cals low (not counting yesterday) because well I have no idea what food will be available to me at our retreat, I will take a bag of pp, but that's about it, then I think we are going to be fed sandwiches...

PS a nice fasted 1 hour bike ride through the wonderful Seattle water front... is amazing!

So what happened to all those oil's you used with keto?
    Peanut Butter?
    Fish-Oils?
    Whole Eggs?
    Use low-fat dairy products?
