I just wanted to share with you guys that today I squatted 350lb for the first time in my life (20lb PR)!!!!! I always dreamed of getting 400lb on the squat, and now I'm only 50lb away from it!
bench was a real dissapointment.... I couldn't lock out 215lb (when my personal best was 220lb a while back before an injury that really slowed me down....).

Congrats on your new squat lift! Sorry bout the bench lift. I've been stuck at 215 for quite a while now. Unfortuantly, I have not been able to pass 285 on squats, but I have not maxed out in a while.

box squats really helped me get good depth on the squat, and for some reason my legs were always pretty strong.
yeah 215lb on the bench was really hard, I couldn't quite lock it out, but I was pretty close. well now I have to get my deadlift higher to match the squat. good luck to you on breaking 215lb on the bench, and on your squat!
