    Does this look like enough for for someone 6'3 210 pounds?

    I have been bulking for awhile and notice a little bit of fat on my lower stomach. I dont want to cut yet because I still need to gain more mass. Does this diet look like it will be able to maintain my weight? I am doing a 5 day split monday - friday, sometimes play basketball on the weekend.

    6 omega 3 eggs
    1 cup of oatmeal

    8oz chicken breast (cooked)
    1 cup of brown rice (cooked)
    1/2 cup of almonds

    pre workout shake
    55g of whey protein
    40g of waxi mazie carbs
    1 tbsp of olive oil

    post workout
    55g of whey protein
    50g of waxi mazie carbs

    8oz chicken breast (cooked)
    1 cup of brown rice (cooked)
    1/2 cup of almonds
    veggies

    8oz steak
    1 cup of brown rice (cooked)
    broccoli

    added this up on fitday and got

    4000 calories
    145 grams of fat
    300 grams of carbohydrates
    360 grams of protein
