Day off today. Don't like it, my schedule has been a little off since I can't workout legs. Gym tomorrow. Probably arms/traps/calves.
But either way im excited. Im a huge football fan....season opener, in a couple of minutes!

I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

So my order of straps and protein just came in so I'm pretty happy and exited.
Really looking forward to trying out my straps. I'm gonna do shrugs today on my arm day and see the difference.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Finally got to try out straps for first time Ever. Was excited and they did prove very usefull.

I'm not to finicky on numbers but I've been eating around 3500 and just recently took the jump to 4000. 150-200 protein. Carbs?
I usually eat the same meals everyday too.
And I hear your trying for 4.7calories?that's crazy.

Well I'm an idiot I should have upped it a long time ago.
Before I was gaining really good in weight but then it slowed down. I started riding the bike, I hate waiting for the bus.
I might start again though, burning my legs/calories to much on the 9miles of biking every gym day.
Thanks man but also its hard go consistently hit over 4K everday.
