Lol one of these days I will.

And on another note, I finally ordered some protein and some straps yesterday. I've been dry on supps for quite a while. I'm more exited about trying out the straps though.

Just came home a little while ago. Gonna write up workout.

Trying to avoid lower back pain.

    BACK

    db rows
    5xwarmups
2x10 100 (new PR, got 1x8 last time)

    pullup & chinup
    * im terrible at these so I decided I'm going to do 1xfailure of each, each back day.
    1x8 pullups
    1x11 chinups

    wg lat pulldown
    1x10 115
    1x7 130
    1x6 145

    cg sitting cable rows
    1x10 115
    1x6 30
    * tweaked my back. 6 min break.
    1x15 115

overall 2/5. I keep having these minor, but very frustrating back spasms. Second time this week. Really hurts when it happens.

pump 2/5. Cg cable rows give me the best pump, but they where disrupted.

muscular fatigue 2/5. Can't do deadlifts yet.

Before I wasn't pulling because I was squatting to frequently , and right now my back has been killing me. Second time this week I aggravate it.

Hopefully next week will be good though.

I usually do BB rows but db rows don't bug my lower back as much. Try them out.

And about lat pulldown: the weight in that machine is different than in my old gym, so its probably different from the one in yours too . Varies from machine.

    Well that's my theory.

    thanks
I usually do BB rows but db rows don't bug my lower back as much. Try them out.

And about lat pulldown: the weight in that machine is different than in my old gym, so its probably different from the one in yours too . Varies from machine.
Yeah It might be heavier I see what you mean. Also about the back pain I feel yah, I'm pretty sure between squats, deadlifts and maxxing out on the bench press I have destroyed my back, I'm sitting here like barely able to keep from slunching over....

Yeah I bet I commented on your log. You workout your back twice a week and you do squats and deadlifts on the same day. Better keep an eye out on your body.
I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Yeah, I've tried all those things. Vapor Rub and some other patch helped a lot.. But I have to admit.. The foam roller was a WTF moment. It helped so freaking much.
