Trying to avoid lower back pain.
BACK
db rows
5xwarmups
2x10 100 (new PR, got 1x8 last time)
pullup & chinup
* im terrible at these so I decided I'm going to do 1xfailure of each, each back day.
1x8 pullups
1x11 chinups
wg lat pulldown
1x10 115
1x7 130
1x6 145
cg sitting cable rows
1x10 115
1x6 30
* tweaked my back. 6 min break.
1x15 115
overall 2/5. I keep having these minor, but very frustrating back spasms. Second time this week. Really hurts when it happens.
pump 2/5. Cg cable rows give me the best pump, but they where disrupted.
muscular fatigue 2/5. Can't do deadlifts yet.
Pics coming next.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

How come? Hurt yourself or something.
First I won't post a pic of some ridiculous pic with your face on it brah haha.
Second:
Holy **** your DB rows are incredible. I r jealous. Haha I do barbell rows, is DB rows much better? My school has DB's up to 150lbs so I'm pretty much set on weight. Also you have trouble with lat's or something? That's what I'm doing for my lat pull downs a little heavier and I know I'm not as strong as you....You will never be forgotten *Team FvrvMuscle* R.I.P
Lifts: bent over row 170x6, Standing military press 100x10

aye, but they won't let me use chalk
And my back it was just a bad strained lower back at first and I didn't have money to buy I've so I didn't take care of it to much and I just keep aggravating it.
Well that's my theory.
thanks
I usually do BB rows but db rows don't bug my lower back as much. Try them out.
And about lat pulldown: the weight in that machine is different than in my old gym, so its probably different from the one in yours too . Varies from machine.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Also have you ever used vapor rub?
