Sup people I used to track my workouts on bodyblogs but I decided to start on here maybe get a little feedback.
About my training: I do a pretty common bodybuilding split, but I'm also kinda an instinctive lifter. Sometimes ill lift 4days a week, sometimes 6. And also when I workout, I go by how I feel. I like to do some exercises the way I like them. I try to reach muscular fatigue every day.
I LOVE DOMS.
About where I'm at/goals:
5'6 180 lbs. 15ish bf by my calculations.
250ish bench.
375ish squat.
405ish Deadlift.
I want to compete early next year. Don't know what weight yet. And as for lifts, I want a 405squat and 465deadlift by the end of the year.
About me: I come from a poor family. Haven't had too many serious problems but I am some what of a masochist. That's why I used to cut my self when I was younger. I stopped a long time ago. But that's why one of the reasons I love lifting. I love the pain of burning during a workout and soreness the next day.
If I'm angry, I lift.
If I'm happy, I lift.

I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

overall: 3/5. Was going good. Back ruined it.
Pump: 4/5 delts get pumped good from laterals.
muscular fatigue: 3/5. Can only reach full muscular fatigue when I do BB shoulder press.

And as for today, it was supposed to be leg day but I re-aggravated my back yesterday and can't put much pressure on it so I'm taking the day off again.
