I'm just looking for some critique. Mainly on my bodyfat.
Background:
17 years old. Junior in high school.
6'4"
about 232 lbs
I had a lot of trouble getting a good angle to take these pics. My biceps look real small just because the pictures were taken from a low angle. But eh, whatever.
I just wanted some opinions as to whether or not I should try to drop some fat. And what I should work on.
I don't take roids or anything (obviously) so disregard my username lol.
so as you can see I really don't have abs and I have very little vascularity. It's tough to really fill out your frame at 6'4" so I'm afraid that if I cut, I won't have anything left.
Opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

Your ****ing huge for 17. but like the others said, keep packing on that muscle
are you doing any cardio? could help keep your fat in linemaybe it was my fault for letting you think i was ok when i wasn't. Maybe it's my fault that you didn't see that failure gave me strength and my pain is my motivation.

My advice to you big man.. Appreciate your size and take your time. It looks good. You'll be a BEAST once you get some more muscle on that body. Dont worry about fat for now. I think you are right that if you drop too much fat you wont have a lot left.
but dude you are on the right track. Keep working hard and you'll be one of the REALLY big ones.

lol where you from dude, Sweden? Norway? Finland? am I close?
Some big boys over there, you fit the part of a typical baltic warrior.
But on the other note, dude, you're beast as all hell. For 17, wow. It's ridiculous. I'm from AUS, and have still never seen a 17-year-old your size. You have a great physique, sensible bodyfat %, tall (always a bonus, height is always huge first impression, a bulky tall guy is much more noticeable and commended than a short stocky guy)...
But all in all man, good figure, you're only 17 now, keep bulking (don't get too carried away with fatty/sh*t food obviously) imagine what you'll look like in 5 years?
Mother of God.
Good work man, keep it up, remember to smash those lats!

Great cardio to do, which keeps you in a fat burning target zone, is Incline Walking on a tredmill. 30min - 1hr would work. plus yea, your not fat, but doing some cardio will help prevent gaining alot of excess fat.
haha, and thats the thing about cutting...you find out how much lean muscle you have minus all the water and fat lol. but if your not planning on doing a bodybuilding show, bulk away. good luck
