    improving stamina

I am currently in the bulking phase. I dont do any cardio as of now. I play soccer and i need to build on my stamina. I workout at 6 AM in the morning. I was wondering what is the best way to build up stamina for my game. Since I workout in the morning, how do I combine it with my weight training so that I wont loose my muscle but continue to improve my stamina. My Bodyfat is 13.5% at 190 lbs. I heard from some where that HIIT is good for stamina. I am stuck whether to do it along with weight training. Help me with my schedule.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

You could either do lots of sprints with small amounts of rest (High intensity) or long distance. Both can help increase stamina.
