    Arrow A typical keto week w/ one carb-up

    Looking at starting a self made diet plan in the next week and was hoping to get a few opinions on my macros. I'm wanting to concentrate on reduce my body fat, while holding on to every pound of lean body mass that I have, which is why I have set my protein intake at around 160 - 170g.

    Since carbs are at a good range and I do not want to sacrifice Protein intake, could I reduce my fat intake to 100g without messing up the diet?

    Monday (full body workout)
    175g Protein
    18g Carbs
    110g Fat

    Tuesday
    166g Protein
    20g Carbs
    120g Fat

    Wednesday (full body workout)
    176g Protein
    20g Carbs
    114g Fat

    Thursday
    164g Protein
    18g Carbs
    116g Fat

    Friday (full body workout + carb up)
    220g Protein
    360g Carbs
