Looking at starting a self made diet plan in the next week and was hoping to get a few opinions on my macros. I'm wanting to concentrate on reduce my body fat, while holding on to every pound of lean body mass that I have, which is why I have set my protein intake at around 160 - 170g.
Since carbs are at a good range and I do not want to sacrifice Protein intake, could I reduce my fat intake to 100g without messing up the diet?
