    yeah bulk clean dude, i been bulking clean for 3 months and havent raised my body fat levels! add in 2 days of HIT cardio and you should be fine

    Hmm..

    I would say cut down till you have some diesel abs, then clean bulk, that way you can bulk clean at the beginning of summer while still looking superb and be full swing by the end of summer.
    My steroid cycles? Deadlift and Squat once a week, every week.

    naa i still think that it would benefit you to Bulk now and get some Size while you have Size. and then after you put it on then Cut (even if you Cut during the Fall/ Winter) you ll still look good to the Ladies.
