I have just purchased the my protein advanced lean gains bundle. I am looking to get a bit of a shape about me before i go on holiday in september.
I have a load of supplements and dont know the best time to take each supplement, could anyone give me a bit of guidance on this.
in the bundle are:
Omega 3
BCAA's
CLA's
L carnitine
Daily vitamain
MP Thermo max capsules
there is also protein and creatine but i know the best time to consume these
